This agreement is a legal contract between you and Malus VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, access, and use of the App and related VPN services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation, or derivative works are prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interface, and content belong to the Service Provider or their respective owners. We may adjust features, service scope, or fees as operationally necessary and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting devices and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or other actions that weaken system security.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as app distribution, crash analysis, analytics, and infrastructure monitoring. During use, you may also be bound by those services’ own terms and privacy rules.
Service availability depends on network stability, device condition, and carrier connection quality. Users are responsible for unavailability or extra costs caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals, roaming charges, system settings, or third-party network failures. Before using the App, confirm that you have lawful authority to use the device and pay related bills.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior and must comply with applicable laws. Although we maintain nodes, route information, and app compatibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party websites, apps, or network environments will always remain available. The App may release updates for security and compatibility, and you agree to install newer versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate service as permitted by law.
